- How do I get to the studio from Hammersmith tube?
- Every studio is given a link to directions and you just need to follow the map
- I arrive very late in the night. How do I collect the keys?
- We don’t have keys to the apartments. Once you pay the Rent in advance and sign, scan and forward the contracts, we will send you the unique pin numbers and directions to locate the studio
- What is the nearest underground (tube – metro) and how far is it from the studio?
- There are 3 undergrounds within walking distance as follows;
- Goldhawk Road (Hammersmith and City Line) – 5 min walk
- Hammersmith (District and Circle line) – 10 min walk
- Shepherds Bush (Central Line) – 12 min walk

- How far is from the underground to the city centre and tourist attractions?
- All tourist attractions and the city centre is only 15 to 20 min tube ride away
- Can you give me some information on London tourist attractions?
- Yes have a look in the “Nearby Attractions Tab” where you will find all local attractions and a link to “London Tourist Information Centre”
- What time the underground shut? And how do I travel in the night
- London underground service shuts around midnight, but you get night busses that come to and from Hammersmith every hour all night.
- Are the apartments located in a safe area?
- Apartments are located in a very safe, fashionably area in London called Brackenbury Village
- How far is the studio from shopping centres? And what time they close?
- There are many large supermarkets and indoor shopping centres in both Hammersmith (Kings Mall) and Shepherds bush (Westfield Mall – Europe’s largest indoor shopping centre) which are only 10 min walk from the apartments. You also have all night grocery shops open within 10 to 15 min walk from the apartments.
- Do you provide towels, linen, cutlery, crockery etc?
- We provide everything. Each studio has its own Inventory link and you can have a look at all the items provided.
- Does the rent include all bills?
- Yes
- Do we have to keep the apartment clean when we leave?
- No. We add GBP 35 to the rent, for cleaning the studio
- What do we do in case of an emergency?
- You need to call me (Mal: 07956 568 227) any time
- Is there a washing machine at the property?
- All properties have a washer – dryer, normally in the kitchen
- Studios at 95 Iffley Road the washer – dryer is located on the ground floor next to Studio 1
- Do we have our own private WC and shower?
- Yes
- Where do we park the car?
- You can pay and park outside our apartment on Mon to Friday 9am to 5pm. It costs GBP 1.80 per hour. All other times its free parking. You can apply for a parking permit from London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham (www.lbhf.gov.uk
- How do we dispose the rubbish?
- All recycle items you need to put in an orange bin bag and dispose into the green recycle bins provided out side the apartment. Orange bags are left in a bin just at the front door
- All other items must be put in black bin bags provided and dispose into the black bins located outside the front patio.
- Do you have a safe to keep our valuables?
- Yes, all studios have a safe. The unique pin number to open the safe is given (which is the same pin number as the studio pin number).
- To open the safe press the START key followed by the unique pin number given to you followed by the START key to confirm. With a successful code input the green LED w ill illuminated and ‘OPEN’ will appear on the LCD. Rotate the door latch clockwise to open the safe door within 4 seconds otherwise the safe will automatically relock itself.
